Program packages

Interns — 2nd-year students

3-month full-time internship

INR 10,000 – 15,000 per month

  • Three months of full-time, hands-on internship with AiVibe teams.
  • Monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
  • Internship certificate on completion, with a minimum of 95% attendance.

Final-year students

Internship with a guaranteed-offer path

INR 15,000 – 40,000 per month

Offer from INR 7 LPA, revised up to INR 20 LPA

  • Monthly stipend of INR 15,000 to 40,000 during the internship.
  • After the first 30 days, selected students — chosen purely on the interview and the first 30 days of on-field performance — receive a commitment letter.
  • The commitment letter guarantees a full-time offer on submission of the graduate degree while an active full-time intern.
  • The offer starts at INR 7 LPA and is revised after the 30-day performance, up to INR 20 LPA.
  • The stipend is revised likewise within INR 15,000 to 40,000 per month until course completion.

Who can partner

The program is open to three kinds of institutions in India.

College affiliated to a university

A college that awards its degrees through the university it is affiliated to.

Autonomous college

A college with academic autonomy, conferred under its parent university.

University

A central, state, deemed or private university.

How onboarding works

  1. Institution

    Type, name, affiliation, address, website and PAN.

  2. Contacts

    Placement officer, principal and a three-level escalation matrix.

  3. Documents

    Ownership KYC copies, PAN card copy and the principal's letter.

  4. Agreements

    Read and accept the NDA, gifting, gender equality and partnership terms.

  5. Review & submit

    Verify the placement officer's email with a one-time code and submit.

Keep these ready

  • The institution's PAN and official website.
  • Scan copies of the university or institution ownership KYC documents — for example the trust deed or society registration certificate, the university establishment notification, and the affiliation or autonomy order.
  • A scan copy of the institution's PAN card.
  • A letter from the principal naming the placement officer and expressing interest (see the checklist in the documents step).
  • Contact details of the placement officer, the principal and three escalation contacts.
  • Access to the placement officer's email inbox, to receive a one-time verification code.

What you receive

  • Your partnership number, the moment you submit.
  • A welcome email with your digitally signed NDA, Gender Equality Policy, Letter of Expression of Interest and complete registration form.
  • A second email with your Platinum Partner badge, its guidelines and a password-protected badge kit with embed code for your website.
